4/2025 Online moment

The meeting served as a crucial step in building momentum for the final stage of the pilot assembly phase, which took place in Vienna in May 2025.

During the session, the members already recruited to attend Athens and Florence, reflected on the draft recommendations in the preliminary form emerging from the deliberative moment in Florence. The session was organised in two interconnected moments: a first where all members discussed in small groups, reviewing the trade-offs from Florence and how to transform this into actual draft recommendations. This was followed by a second moment where the ambassadors travelling from Athens and Florence to Vienna, as well as an open invitation to all members to continue working asynchronously on the draft recommendations within a two-week window, in the form of comments and suggested edits.
