Welcome to the Florence Assembly questionnaire

Thank you for joining the Democratic Odyssey as an Assembly Member!

This questionnaire is designed to understand your ideas, your opinions, and your experience at the Assembly. Please take some time to think about these questions and answer from your own experience. All answers will be anonymous and will help us learn and improve our process as we go.
